Ich suche für meine schöne helle 1 Raumwohnung in Glaucha (südliche Innenstadt) ab dem 1.7. einen Nachmieter.
Die Wohnung hat ca. 44 m2 einen großen Raum mit Balkon, eine seperate Küche sowie ein Wannenbad mit Fenster (alles PVC Boden). Der Anschluss für die Waschmaschine ist im Bad. Im
Wohnraum liegt dunkle Auslegware die gerne übernommen werden kann. Zur Wohnung gehört eine kleine Abstellbox im Flur der Etage (ca 2 m2) und ein Keller.
Die Kosten für die Wohnung belaufen sich auf 254 € warm. Es sind Genossenschaftsanteile zu entrichten. 465 € (Pflichtanteil) sowie die Mitgliedsgebühr von 30 € sind bei Abschluss des vertrages zu entrichten. Die Übernahme der Anteile nach Wohnungsgröße von 930€ können in Raten zu mindestens 50 € monatlich gezahlt werden.

Der Markt ist in 15 min zu Fuß errechbar. Bis zur nächsten Tram (Rannischer Platz, Steinweg) sowie zu den Franckeschen Stiftungen sind es nur 5 min. In der Nähe gibt es einen Rewe Markt zum einkaufen (ca. 5 min Fußweg).
Noch vor Übernahme werden neue Fenster und eine neue Balkontür eingebaut.
