Die Wohnung ist groß und gut geschnitten, ich habe einen Tresen als Begrenzung zur Küche und als Verstaumöglichkeit eingebaut den ich an den Nachmieter kostenfrei abgebe (Wert ~250€). Der Boden ist Stäbchenparkatt, die Fenster sind hohe Doppelfenster. Das Haus ist wunderschön.
10 Minuten zum Designkampus zur MLU oder zum Hallmarkt. 2 Minuten zur Würfelwiese.
Die Wohnung ist sofort beziehbar. Ich brauch einen Nachmieter weil ich zu einem früheren Zeitpunkt in die neue Wohnung einziehen musste als geplant. Leider wird die Wohnung trotzdem nur durch die Verwaltung vermietet auch wenn ich jemanden finde. Darum muss eine Courtage ausgerichtet werden. Aber ich habe sie damals auch bezahlt und es nicht bereut.
Bei Interesse also bitte an Höll Immobilien wenden, es handelt sich um WE6, Robert-Franz-Ring 10.
