Die Wohnung liegt im 3. Stockwerk in einem Altbau mit hohen Decken. Das Zimmer hat zwei riesige Fenster, somit ist es immer schön hell. Die Küche geht von dem Zimmer aus ab und hat alles was man braucht. Spüle, Herd, Ofen und sogar eine Spülmaschine. Ich habe alles nötige, was man so zum kochen braucht und noch mehr. Im Flur ist ein großer Einbaukleiderschrank. Das Bad hat alles was man braucht und ist gut gepflegt.
Die nächste Tramhaltestelle liegt nur 5 min entfernt (Juliot-Curie-Platz). Zum Löwengebäude sind es 3 Minuten und bis zum Markt höchstens 7 min. Zur Harzmensa sind es keine 5 Minuten. Die Steintor Bibliothek ist nicht weit (5 min) und wenn du Lust auf Lernen in einer alten Bibliothek mit Charme hast? Die August Bebel Bibliothek ist sozusagen nur ein paar Häuser weiter.
Ich suche einen Nachmieter für meine 1-Zimmer Wohnung. Die Küche gehört zum Mobiliar dazu. Bei bedarf können einige Möbel und auch die Waschmaschine übernommen werden. Am besten einfach per SMS bei mir melden. ----/-------
