Da ich im Sommer meine Wohnung für einen Monat wegen einer Urlaubs- bzw. Heimreise verlasse, suche ich für diesen Monat eine(n) nette(n) Zwischenmieter(in). Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer, einem sehr gemütlichen Wohnzimmer, einem Bad und einer Küche. Ich möchte gerne alles außer dem Schlafzimmer vermieten, da ich dort viele private Dinge zurück lassen werden.
Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr geräumig und hell. Es ist möbliert, wie auf den Bildern zusehen. Das Sofa lässt sich zum Bett umbauen und ist daher tagsüber sehr platzsparend. Der Schreibtisch bietet genügend Platz für entspanntes Arbeiten und außerdem eine schöne Sicht. Auch die Sicht aus der Küche ist sehr schön. Das Bad besitzt eine Badewanne mit Dusche, die Küche ist mit Herd, und Toaster ausgestattet.
Since I will leave Halle for one month in july, I am looking for a nice person, that would like to rent my flat for that period. The flat has got a bedroom, a cosy living room, a bathroom and a kitchen. I would like to rent everything but the bedroom, since I will leave personal stuff there. The living room is very spacious and bright. It is furnished, like you can see in the pictures. The sofa can be turned into a bed and so safes a lot of space in the daytime. The desk offers enough space for relaxed working and besides a very nice view. The view from the kitchen is also very nice. The bathroom has a bathtub with a shower. The kitchen is equipped with a stove and a Toaster and has got everything you need.
Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Das Reileck, ein Verkehrsknotenpunkt, befindet sich in Laufweite. Dort gibt es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Nur zwei Minuten entfernt liegt die Straßenbahnhaltestelle Volkspark. Weitere Haltestellen im Umkreis von zehn Laufminuten sind das Landesmuseum für Vorgeschichte und die Triftstraße. Man ist also sehr gut an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr angebunden. Ein großer Pluspunkt ist die Nähe zur Saale, in nur zehn Minuten erreicht man den Fluss, wo es sich schön spazieren oder Sport treiben lässt.
The location of the flat is very central and at the same time very calm. It is very close to the "Reileck", where you can find many shopping possibilities. Only two minutes away there is the stop "Volkspark" of the tram and in ten minutes walking distance you get to two other stops; the "Landesmuseum für Vorgeschichte" and the "Triftstraße". A big advantage is that you are very close to the river that passes through Halle, the "Saale". There you can have nice walks or do sports.
Da ich nur ein Zimmer vermiete, habe ich die Miete deutlich verringert. Ich freue mich sehr über Interessent(-innen). Da mein deutsch nicht sehr gut, habe ich hier den Kontakt einer Freundin angegeben. Sie leitet mir alle Informationen weiter.
Like i am not renting the bedroom, I diminished the rent a lot. I am looking forward to nice, interested people. Because my german is not that good, i put the contact of a friend of mine that will pass on all the information to me.
