Hallo zusammen,
da mein Studium in Halle bald beendet ist, suche ich für meine schöne Ein-Zimmer-Wohnung direkt am Steintor einen Nachmieter oder eine Nachmieterin. Die Wohnung ist 28m2 groß, hat einen Balkon und geht nach hinten raus, wodurch man nicht den ganzen Lärm der Straßenbahnen und Fußgänger mitbekommt. Auch gibt es einen kleinen Flur und die Küche ist mit einer Wand ein bisschen vom Wohnbereich abgetrennt.
Küche und ein Kleiderschrank können gerne mit übernommen werden.
Die Warmmiete ohne Internet & Strom beträgt 310€.
Erreichbar bin ich am besten über Whatsapp, du kannst aber auch anrufen.
Sie liegt direkt am Steintor.
