Die Wohnung befindet sich in der obersten Etage auf der Südseite, ist also hell (im Sommer trotzdem relativ kühl, da unterm Dachgeschoss) und ruhig (Seitenstraße). Einbauküche, großzügig geschnitten, geräumig (viel Platz in Küchenschränken, Stellfläche im Flur, komfortables Bad mit Wama-Anschluss). Das Haus ist angenehm gemischt (Studis, Familien, Ältere). Altstadt und Bahnhof sind schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Den Tisch mit vier Stühlen würde ich gern gegen Abstand (VB) überlassen (bei Interesse auch einen Kleiderschrank). Bitte für Rückfragen und Besichtigung um eine Email an Halle-Appartement[at]web.de.
