From 1st Dec - Fully furnished studio apartment

The apartment is a 35.09 square meters single room with basement space.

I will charge 500 euro for the apartments furniture (can reduce if some items are not required):
1. Basic fitted kitchen with sink, hob oven and refrigerator.
2. Desk and chair.
3. Shelving, drawers and clothes rack.
4. King size bed with underneath storage.
5. A small coffee table.
6. Couch.
7. A fully furnished bathroom with shower.
8. Modern washing machine.

There is a fast internet connection installed (optional; the current 34.99 Euro contract can be switched to your name).

Electricity is paid monthly. The account can be adjusted to your name.

Water and heating are included in the total rent so you do not have to arrange anything by yourself. The apartment is basically ready, you just would need to move in.

The washing machine is stored in the basement separate from the apartment's own locked basement space.
