Schönes helles freundliches Zimmer mit kleinem Balkon im 1. Stock. Die Wohnung hat insges. 3 Zimmer, 1 Vollbad und ein Gäste WC.
Es ist ausgestattet mit einem großen Schrank, Stuhl, Tisch, Bett u. Nachtschränkchen; dort kannst du deine Sachen auch über das Wochenende lassen. Bettwäsche und Handtücher auf Wunsch verfügbar (gegen Aufpreis).
Bei weniger Übernachtungen/Woche ist der Preis verhandelbar.
Das Haus liegt in einer angenehm ruhigen Sackgasse mit entspannter Parkplatzsituation und guter Anbindung an die "Öffis".
Die Busse zu den U-Bahnstationen Alsterdorf (U1), Ohlsdorf (U1/S1) u Fuhlsbüttel (U1) sind in ca 7 min Fußweg erreichbar. Die Stationen Ohlsdorf u. Fuhlsbüttel selbst direkt in ca 15 min Fußweg. Die Gegend ist angenehm und schön grün. Der Erdkampsweg mit allen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Cafés, etc. liegt 5 min Fußweg entfernt.
Der Alsterwanderweg bietet tolle Möglichkeit f. Spaziergänge, Joggen, etc. Mit dem Rad kann man die ca. 8 km in die Innenstadt direkt am Alsterarm wunderschön grün entlang fahren.
Es ist m.E. eine absolute „Wohlfühlgegend“ :)
