Fully furnished, great area. Includes washing machine, dishwasher, USB/TV Stereosystem and double bed. Crockery, cutlery, pots, vacuum cleaner and just about everything you need is provided.
Lovely sunny south-facing balcony. Plenty of free street parking.
Rate includes heating, electricity, water and internet.

Tolle Lage zwischen S-bahn Königstrasse (5 Minuten zu Fuss) und Regional Bahnhof und Busbahnhof Altona (10 Minuten zu Fuss). Sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten erreichbar zu Fuss, darunter Ikea, Rewe, Lidl, Aldi, Netto, Edeka und sämtliche andere Geschäfte. 10 Minuten von der Elbe. Circa eine halbe Stunde bis zum Elbstrand.
Nur 10 Minuten zu Fuss zum Reeperbahn, aber trotzdem ruhig.
Great location between the metropolitan train station S-bahn Königstrasse (5 minutes walk) und the Inter-City and Metropolitan train and bus station Hamburg-Altona (10 minutes walk). Plenty of shops in walking distance including the Rewe, Lidl, Aldi, Netto & Edeka supermarkets, Ikea, and several other stores. 10 minutes walk to the Elbe River. About a half hour walk to the Elbe River Beach.
The flat is only 10 minutes walk to the Reeperbahn, yet it is still quiet.
