Fully furnished 1 room apartment in a new student building in Altona. The apartment is fully furnished has it's own kitchen and it's own bathroom. The price includes all costs (heating, electricity,internet). Rent period: 2 months.
The building is brand new, I have been living here from October 2016. The building also has laundry room (with washing and drying machines, and separate storage rooms with lockers, where you can put your bicycle or luggage. Also there are 2 communal common rooms and kitchens, and a top floor balcony overlooking the neighborhood.
The building has a perfect location and connection to public transport. The S - bahn stations Konigstrasse and Altona are within 5 minutes walk (direct lines to Reeperbahn, Sternschanze, Jungferstieg, Hamburg Central station, and Hamburg Airport).
Near the apartment there are numerous supermarkets (Lidl, Ikea, Mercado, Edeka, Rewe), banks, post offices, pharmacies and restaurants and cafes that work on Sundays!
The apartment can only be rented to students!
I expect the person that will be living in to keep it clean, and leave it in the same condition that it was sublet :) Otherwise I will have to deduct 50 euros from the deposit, for cleaning it myslef.
