Vom 31.08 bis zum 01.10 möchte ich eine gemütliche, helle Wohnung in der
Nähe vom Altona Bhf, anbieten. Es handelt sich um eine 1-Zimmer 33qm
Wohnung in 1.Etage, mit einem Bad mit Wanne und eine kleiner kompletter
Einbauküche (inkl. Kühlschrank, Backofen, Herdplatte, Mikrowelle,
Espressomaschine) und Washmaschine, einem großen Doppelbett, Schlafsofa
Lage
Liegt 5.Min. zum Fuß vom Altona Bahnhof. Fußläufig sind auch viele
Bioläden, Supermärkte, Bäcker, Restaurants, Shoppingcenter Mercado,
Großbergstraße mit 2 Wochenmärkte, alle Mögliche sind nahe
gelegen.....Die Elbe ist nicht weit entfernt.
Sonstiges
Das ganze würde insgesamt (vom 31.08-01.10) 550€ kosten, 150€ Kaution für die Schlüssel.

Looking for someone who is trustworthy and tidy who would like to sublet
my studio apartment in Altona, only a 5-miniute walk from the Altona
train/bus/metro station.
The apartment
The studio is 33sq.m., bright, on the 1st floor and has a bathroom with
bathtub, a fitted kitchen (fridge, oven, stove, microwave, a washing machine,
a double bed, and a sofabed.
Location
The apartment is very centrally located, about a 5-minute walk from the
Altona station and where the pedestrian shopping streets are
(Großbergstraße, Ottensenstr) -- lots of choices for organic
supermarkets, regular supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, bars,
boutiques, the Mercado shopping center -- you name it, it's probably
around the corner. Also not too far from the Elbe.
Other
Rent and other utilities come to €550 for the entire month of September.
€150 deposit for the keys.
