Ich biete meine 1 Zimmer Wohnung an, da mein Mietverhältnis bis zum 1.6.2019 läuft und ich für ein paar Monate im Ausland bin suche ich einen Untermieter. Meine Möbel lasse ich größten Teils da (Bett, Badezimmermöbel, Kühlschrank,Vintage Sessel, persische Teppiche) falls
Ihr sie nicht braucht oder eure eigenen Möbel mitbringen möchtet, entsorg ich sie.
Die Wohnung hat einen Balkon(auch hier stehen Plexiglasgartenmöbel) der auf die neue Flora schaut, ebenso ist ein Aufzug vorhanden.
Falls ihr Parkmöglichkeiten braucht ist meist vor der Tür immer was zu finden :)
Besichtigen könnt ihr die Wohnung ab sofort. Da ich noch bis zum 9.1. noch in Hamburg bin, ist mir ein spontaner Termin ganz recht.
Die Wohnung befindet sich 50 Meter von der S Bahnhaltestelle Holstenstraße. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es reichlich (100 Meter bis zum Edeka, 150 Meter bis Aldi, Rewe,Budni etc. Ebenso ist der Bahnhof Altona eine S bahn Haltestelle entfernt, sodass man auch Sonntags noch einkaufen kann.
Die Sternschanze und der Hauptbahnhof sind unmittelbar in 5-10 Minuten zu erreichen.
