The Fizz - Single studio

Guten Tag zusammen,

Ich bin auf der Suche nach entweder einem neuen Mieter oder einer neuen Mieterin oder Untermieter*in für mein Zimmer im The Fizz Hamburg, da ich ein paar Monate früher als geplant zurück in mein Land gezogen bin. Das Zimmer ist ca. 21m2. Es ist möbliert, hat eine Küche, Bad, Schreibtisch, Bett und viel Platz zum Verstauen. The Fizz hat auch Gemeinschaftsräume wie Gemeinschaftsküche, Garten, Terrasse, Bibliothek und die Möglichkeit, ein Fahrrad zu parken. Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Nähe der Schanze, Altona, St. Pauli und hat eine gute Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel (S Bahn-Holstenstraße).
Der*die neue Mieter*in/Untermieter*in muss Student*in, Auszubildende*r oder Praktikant*in sein, um sich zu qualifizieren, diese Entscheidung liegt nicht bei mir, sondern bei der Hausverwaltung.

Für eine*n neue*n Mieter*in verlangt The Fizz:
1.​Für einen Vertrag von 10-23 Monaten beträgt die monatliche Pauschalmiete 995€
2.​Bei einer Vertragsdauer von 6-9 Monaten beträgt die monatliche Pauschalmiete 1095€
3.​Sie müssen eine Aufnahmegebühr und eine Kaution direkt an das Fizz zahlen.
4.​Erforderliche Dokumente wie Immatrikulationsbescheinigung und Ausweis

Für eine*n neue*n Untermieter*in:
1.​Ich suche jemanden, der mindestens 3 Monate oder bis zum Ende meines Vertrages am 31. August 2023 bleibt.
2.​Die monatliche Pauschalmiete beträgt 700€ mit einer Kaution von 700 €
3.​Erforderliche Unterlagen wie Immatrikulationsbescheinigung und Ausweis (da The Fizz danach fragt)

Good day everybody,

I am looking for a new tenant or subtenant for my room at The Fizz Hamburg since I moved back to my country a few months before planned. The room is approximately 21mts2. It is furnished, has a kitchen, bathroom, desk, bed and plenty space to storage. The Fizz also has common areas such as shared kitchen, garden, terrace, library and the possibility to park your bicycle. Great spot to live near Schanze, Altona, Saint Pauli and there is public transportation nearby (S Bahn-Holstenstraße).
The new tenant/subtenant has to be student, trainee or intern in order to qualify since the last choice it is not on me but in the House Management.

For a new tenant The Fizz asks:
1. For a contract of 10-23 months the monthly all-in rent is 995€
2. For a contract of 6-9 months the monthly all-in rent is 1095€
3. You will need to pay an admission fee and Kaution directly with the Fizz
4. Required documents such as certificate of enrolment and ID

For a new subtenant:
1. I am looking for a subtenant that stays a minimum of 3 months or until the end of my contract 31th August 2023.
2. The monthly all-in rent is 700€ with a 700 € Kaution
3. Required documents such as certificate of enrolment and ID (since the Fizz asks for them)
