I am renting out a charming furnished Studio to rent 3-6 months from February 2020.Its located really well in Barmbek Nord –close to Barmbek station and within 15 min walking distance from Otto/City Nord &12 min from centre by tube 10 min walk from city park. The flat is one room studio (27 m2) with small kitchenette into it (en-suite). Bathroom with tube is of course separate. The flat is furnished and has all you need for your stay -bed sheets and towels are also provided. Just enjoy your stay in Hamburg but please be aware that it is a quiet neighbourhood so parties are not allowed. Monthly rent (including all bills and high-speed internet) 640 Euro. Deposit 1 monthly rent.
