Du hast ein großes Wohn/Schlafzimmer /17qm) zur Verfügung mit großen Fenstern zur parkähnlichen Innenhof Seite. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung ca. 30 qm groß. Die Wohnung ist komplett neu und hochwertig renoviert wurden und es gibt alles, was man benötigt: Waschmachine, Kühlschrank, Ofen usw. Gesucht wird ein ordentlicher Zwischenmieter.
In der Miete von 670 Euro sind alle Nebenkosten enthalten. Desweiteren hast du alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vor Ort, das Einkaufszentrum „Hamburger Meile“ liegt fuß läufig ca. 5 Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt. In unmittelbarer Nähe zur Wohnung sind diverse Restaurants, Bäcker und Aldi/Rewe. Die U-Bahn ist in 7 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Wohnung liegt zwischen Stadtpark und Außenalster. Mit dem Auto brauchst du ca. 6 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof. Es wird eine Kaution von 1340 Euro vereinbart.
