Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor der Tür. Die nächste Einkaufsgelegenheit erreichen Sie nach etwa 400m.
Der kombinierte Schlaf-/Wohnraum mit Balkon ist mit einem Esstisch, drei Stühlen, ein elektrisch höhenverstellbarer Schreibtisch, Sofa Bett und Kleiderschrank für Ihre Garderobe.
Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet: 4-Plattenherd, Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, kleiner Esstisch mit zwei Stühlen, Waschmaschine, Wäschetrockner.
In der Miete sind alle Kosten inkludiert - bei Schlüsselübergabe wäre eine Kaution in Höhe von 600 fällig, die es beim Auszug in einer Woche zurückgibt.

Since I am planning a trip to Asia in the next few weeks, I would like to sublet my 30sqm apartment for that time.
Period - between 26.08. and 16.09. for 3 weeks;
This apartment is centrally located in Barmbek-Süd. Stadtpark, Alster and Hamburger Meile are within walking distance.
A bus stop is directly in front of the door. The next shopping opportunity you reach after about 400m.
The combined bedroom/living room with balcony is equipped with a dining table, three chairs, an electric height-adjustable desk, sofa bed and closet for your closet.
The kitchen is equipped with everything: 4-plate stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, small dining table with two chairs, washing machine, clothes dryer.
In the rent all costs are included - at the handover of the keys would be a deposit of 600€, which it returns in one week when you move out.
