Es ist durchaus erschwinglich bei 450 Euro und alle Rechnungen aufgenommen wurde.
Die Wohnung liegt super zentral. Buslinien 20 und 25 sind 2min entfernt, Buslinie 4 ist 5min entfernt und die
U2 auch 5min (Station Christuskirche). Direkte Anbindung zum HBf und in die Innenstadt, also Gänsemarkt, Junfernstieg, Berliner Tor etc..
Hier in der Nähe gibt's alles. Supermärkte, Cafés, Restaurants, Bars etc. Die Schanze ist zu Fuß in 10-12min erreichbar.
Kaifu-Lodge und McFit sind auch in der Nähe.
Parkplatz finden man in der Regel auch ganz gut. Sehr selten, dass man mal wirklich lange (10min) suchen muss.
Wirklich super Lage.
