Liebe Wohnungssuchende,
ich biete eine kleine, aber sehr, helle und schöne Wohnung im Herzen von Hamburg. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll und mit einem Doppelbett eingerichtet. Sie hat eine riesige Fensterfront mit schöner Aussicht, Balkon, eine Badewanne und Kabelfernsehen. Das Foto ist nicht das Schönste, ich weiß. Ich habe es leider mit der ältesten Kamera der Welt gemacht, an einem trüben, düsteren Regenabend.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Herzen von Eimsbüttel. Die Bahnlinie U2 ist gleich um die Ecke. Dinge des alltäglichen Lebens supernah....Aldi, Penny, Bäcker und Bioladen, sowie Budnikowski. Die Schanze, auf der das Kneipenleben tobt, ist idealerweise nicht in Hör-, aber in Fussweite. Auch die Uni ist sehr nah. Zudem findet Ihr in der Nähe das wunderschöne Kaifu-Schwimmbad
Schreibt doch kurz etwas über Euch. Der Auszugstermin ist flexibel. Eine spätere Übernahme der Wohnung eventuell möglich.
