In dieser Wohnung habe ich 5 Jahre gelebt und sie sehr geliebt. Ein Einbauschrank bietet viel Staumöhlichkeiten und nimmt kein Platz weg. Der Balkon befindet sich in der Schlussphase von Renovierungsarbeiten und sieht jetzt schon frisch und modern aus. Ein gepflegter Paketboden bietet eine gemütliche Atmosphäre.
1A Lage für alle die das Eimbüttler-Leben lieben!! Restaurants, Cafés, Shops und Gemüsehändler befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Schanzenviertel ist in nur 10 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen und die U2 Christuskirche in ca. 6 Minuten.
Ich hätte noch einen Kühlschrank und Rollos für 60€ zu übergeben. Ein Herd gehört zur Wohnugsausstattung dazu. Bei Interesse würde ich noch einen Schreibtisch, Bürostuhl und einige andere Möbel auf Verhandlungsbasis abgeben.
Ich freue mich auf eine/-en passende/-en Nachmieter/-in.
