Hallo,
Ab 1. Juli 2017 wird unsere kleine aber feine Wohnung frei. Sie ist sehr gut für eine Person geeignet, hat eine kleine Kochnische, einen sehr großen Balkon und schönes helles Zimmer.
Deine Nachbarn sind alle nett und solltest Du Hilfe brauchen, stehen sie Dir zur Verfügung.
Wenn du Hunger auf etwas Besonders hast, ist direkt unten im EG Café "Kompass", wo Du Zeit mit Deinen Freunden verbringen kannst.
Die Wohnung übergeben wir unmöbliert, das bedeutet, Du kannst sie Dir einrichten, wie Du es möchtest. Die Küche bleibt allerdings drin.
Nach Absprache könntest Du eventuell sogar vorher rein.

Die Wohnung ist fünf Minuten von der U-Bahn Christuskirche und von der 20-er/25-er Bushaltestelle "Fruchtallee" entfernt. Du hast außerdem sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: Penny, Aldi, Budni und andere tolle Läden.
Beim Einzug kommt eine Kaution von drei Kaltmieten hinzu.
