Hallo zusammen,

ich suche für meine schöne 36 qm Wohung im Herzen von Eimsbüttel einen Untermieter. Die Wohnung wird möbliert vom 1.Oktober 2018 bis zum 1. Oktober 2020 (ggf. auch mit späterer Übernahme) vermietet, da ich für eine gewisse Zeit im Ausland arbeiten werde.
Sie ist direkt im Eppendorfer Weg Ecke Osterstraße und somit in der besten Lage.

Die Wohung ist mit Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Trockner, Toaster, Fernseher etc. ausgestattet.
In der kleinen, aber gemütlichen und vor allem modernen Küche lässt sich super kochen.
Der Balkon läd insbesondere im Sommer ein, um mit Freunden bei Wein draußen zu sitzen und das Wetter zu genießen.

Der Wohnbereich ist mit Sofa und Fernseher ausgestattet, der Schlafbereich hat ein 1,60m breites Bett mit super bequemer Matratze. Des Weiteren bietet die Wohnung viel Stauraum durch den Einbauschrank, den Raumteiler und die Kommode. Angenehme Bedeutung und das Fischgrätenparkett verleihen der Wohnung eine gemütliche Atmosphäre.

Die Nebenkosten decken Heizkosten, Strohm, Wasser, Internet und GEZ ab.

Wichtig ist mir, dass jemand sorgsames für die Zeit meiner Abwesenheit in der Wohung wohnt.
Es fällt bei Vermietung eine Kaution von 900 Euro an, welche selbstverständlich nach der Übernahme zurück überwiesen wird.

I am looking for a subtenant for my beautiful 36 sqm apartment in the heart of Eimsbüttel. The apartment will be rented furnished from October 1, 2018 until October 1, 2020 (possibly also with later takeover), as I will be working abroad for a certain time.
It is directly on the corner of Eppendorfer Weg and Osterstraße and therefore in the best location.

The apartment is equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, toaster, TV etc.
The small but cosy and above all modern kitchen is a great place to cook. The balcony invites you to sit outside with friends and enjoy the weather, especially in summer.

The living area is equipped with a sofa and TV, the sleeping area has a 1.60m wide bed with a super comfortable mattress. Furthermore, the apartment offers a lot of storage space through the built-in cupboard, the room divider and the chest of drawers. Pleasant significance and the herringbone parquet give the apartment a cosy atmosphere.

The additional costs cover heating, electricity, water, internet and GEZ.

It is important to me that someone resides carefully in the apartment for the time of my absence.
A deposit of 900 Euro is required for rentals, which will of course be refunded.
