This 1-room apartment is 36 square meters and is located in a quiet location yet very centrally located on the border between Eimsbüttel and Lokstedt. Numerous cafes, restaurants and pubs are nearby (for example, on popular Osterstraße). A supermarket is within walking distance. The apartment is located on the 4th floor and offers a beautiful view over a large part of Hamburg.

该单间配套总面积为36平方米，位于离汉堡市区不远的Eimsbüttel区和Lokstedt区的交界处。周边环境舒适，安静。该区周围有许多咖啡屋，小酒吧（比如区域中心街Osterstraße就在附近），还有一个步行就能到达的超市。此单间房在四层楼，适合的高度能让你鸟瞰大部分的汉堡全景。

The apartment is rented fully furnished: bed, desk, sofa and wardrobe are provided, complete with kitchen table and chairs. A private cellar and a shared bicycle storage room are also available. The house also includes parking, which can be used free of charge with a parking permit (not every apartment has its own parking space).

The apartment is rented with an all-inclusive warm rent for furnished apartments. Included are electricity, water, heating and internet. Therefore, the tenant does not have to fix any other things - move in and feel good!

Currently, the apartment is still renovated, but can already be visited. Beginning of lease is possible from April 1st or April 15th. The minimum rental duration is 12 months.

除此之外，该单间还连带一个私人地下储物室，还有公用的自行车存放空间，

对于有私家车的朋友，该单间还能免费提供一个停车位，但必须先获得一张屋主提供的停车凭证。（不是所有的出租房都能提供免费的停车位的，所以，对于平时用车比较频繁的朋友，这是一大优势）

该单间出租价为暖租，每月固定的房租费包括对所有室内提供的家俱的使用，水电费，暖气费还有无线网费。因此，入住者可直接拧包入住，不必担心其余繁琐的入住程序。

目前，该单间现仍在装修中，不过可以随时预约时间，实地参观。该单间出租可从2019年4月1日起，或2019年4月15日起。最短租期为12个月。
