Hey Leute,
Ich werde die ersten 3 Februarwochen nicht in Hamburg verbringen und vermiete daher mein Zimmer in Eppendorf unter.
Im Haus sind nur 1-Zimmer Wohnungen, meist bewohnt von Studenten, es ist jedoch kein Studentenwohnheim und sehr ruhig.
Die Wohnung liegt im schönen Eppendorf. Von hier aus ist alles mit U-Bahn (U-Hoheluft, U-3) und den Bussen (5, 25, 20) schnell zu erreichen.
Edeka, Rewe, Budni, Post, Busstation (2 Min) ist zu Fuß locker zu erreichen :)
Die Wohnung hat ein kleines Bad, eine kleine Küche und einen kleinen Balkon. Aber für eine Person reicht sie vollkommen. Oben im Dachboden gibt es eine Gemeinschafts-Waschmaschine und einen Trockner (kostet beides jeweils 1 €).
