Hallo,
ich hätte ggf. zwei Zimmer in Eppendorf (Schottmüllerstr.) zur Auswahl, bin durch die Woche selten zuhause und am Wochenende meist nicht in der Wohnung. Die Wohnung hat insgesamt circa 45 m2. Das eine Zimmer ist aktuell mein Schlafzimmer (15 m2) und das andere mein Wohnzimmer (11 m2), mit Balkon. Entweder man rüstet das Wohnzimmer um (Bett und Schrank) oder man nimmt halt das Schlafzimmer. Im Prinzip hat man eine ganze Wohnung für sich. Die Wohnung könnt Ihr Euch auch gerne bei Interesse anschauen.

Super Anbindung: Bus vor der Tür und Kellinghusenstr. mit U-Bahn ist 5 Minuten entfernt. Mehrere Parks befinden sich ebenfalls direkt um die Ecke.
