Nice student apartment at very attractive location. The apartment will be free from 1st October, 2018. Interested candidates should contact me and will be shown the apartment on first come first serve basis.
The viable tenant will be forwarded to the house owner. This final selection will be based on documents and rent paying capacity. The total rent is €548, the deposit is €750 and the contract signing fee is €100.
#Facilities:
The facilities include private kitchen, fridge, wall-Almira, racks and cupboards. There are two tables, two sofa-chairs, one study chair and document drawer. Lighting fixtures include wall, ceiling, table and stand lamps. There is a installed single bed with another as reserved (including mattress) for making it a double bed.
The toilet with bath includes first aid cabinet and racks. There is a nice small balcony on the west side with open sky. The balcony is very enjoyable from this top floor.

The apartment is centrally located within multiple transport modes. Various shopping malls are within 5 min. walking distance. Burger King and McDonalds are just by the building.
Train runs round the clock with Haubtbanhof Sud just 25mins. away. Their is city-ride bike stand just on the opposite-side. There are near-by play grounds, ice-ring etc. There are also internet cafe and barber shops near by.

There is free wifi. Heating, electricity and lift facility costs are all included in the rent. There are free parking places, bike stand, post box, paid washing and drying facilities in the building. There is a shared garden and kids' playground at the west.
