This is a company-owned student apartment and it is furnitured. Here you have everything you need, a bed with mattress, two chairs, wardrobe, book shelf, a big writing desk and two small cabinets. Of course you have private kitchen and bathroom. The window does not face noisy road and so you have a really quiet living space. It is on first floor and with an elevator. For clothes washing you can do that in basement that holds two wash machines and one dryer and you need to pay for washing.
This place is just 5-min walk to U-bahn Farmsen. Supermarket, shopping centre, bank and post are also in walking distance, about 3 mins. If you take U1 to central station it is just 27 mins.
