Ich suche ein*e Nachmieter*in für mein schönes Studentenapartment in Hamburg, Farmsen. Das Zimmer steht offiziell ab dem 01.09.20 zur Miete. Ich ziehe allerdings schon Mitte August aus; man könnte sich also eventuell auch auf einen Einzug Mitte August einigen.
Im Mietpreis (496€) sind alle Kosten mit inbegriffen. Die Kaution beträgt 950€ und die Vertragsabschlussgebühr 119€.
Das Apartment ist Teil eines Wohnheims (bh185.de) und 18m2 groß. Es ist voll ausgestattet: Komplett möbliert, eigenes Duschbad, Pantryküche (inkl. Kühlschrank, Herdplatten), Free Wifi, Kabel TV Anschluss und sogar einem französischen Balkon (mit Blick ins Grüne).
Das Zimmer befindet sich auf der 1. Etage des Wohnheims am Ende des Flurs und ist ein Eckzimmer - und daher besonders ruhig. Das Wohnheim ist sehr gepflegt: Es gibt einen Fahrstuhl, Waschsalon, Dachboden und Fahrradkeller.
Auch die Lage des Wohnheims ist sehr angenehm. Der Weg zur U-Bahn ist kurz (350m) und man ist in ca. 25 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof/ im Stadtzentrum. Außerdem fahren auch diverse Buslinien dort ab. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch praktisch gleich vor der Haustür, u.a. ein großes Einkaufszentrum. Trotzdem gibt es auch viel Grün in Farmsen und das Wohnen dort ist wirklich entspannt!
