ich suche einen Nachmieter zum 1.08 für meine 1-Zimmer Wohnung. Die Wohnung liegt 2 Busstationen von S-Bahn Blankenese und ist Nah an Teufelsbrück. Die Wohnung ist klein, 25 m2, aber auf der anderen Seiten für den Mietpreis kriegt man heute nicht mal ein Zimmer in einer WG. Warm kostet die Miete 350 Euro. Mit Strom und Wasser, bist du dann bei 400 Euro insgesamt. Man ist in 3 Minuten mit dem Bus an der S-Bahn. Bis zum altona sind es 15 Minuten, zur Schanze 20 Minuten. Die Wohnung soll übernommen werden wie sie ist. Ich bin in der Wohnung seit etwa 2 Jahren. War eigentlich als Notlösung gedacht, da ich lieber eine 2-Zimmer Wohnung haben wollte, aber tja willkommen in Hamburg. Wenn Interesse besteht, bitte per Mail melden, da ich Tagsüber auf der Arbeit bin. Ich melde mich dann zurück.
