Geräusche durch Arbeiten sind zu normalen Handwerker Uhrzeiten. Außerdem kommt weniger Licht als üblich durch das Baugerüst in die Wohnung, aber auf jeden Fall ausreichend um ohne Lampen an zu leben. Ansonsten beeinträchtigen die Arbeiten nicht weiter.

Die Wohnung hat gerade einen Frühjahrsputz hinter sich und könnte kaum sauberer sein. Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank, Herd und Ofen wurden auf neuwertigen Zustand geputzt.
