Ein sehr schönes, gemütliches und komfortables Studio-Apartment im Zentrum von Hamburg. Dies ist meine derzeitige Wohnung, und aus Reisegründen vermiete ich sie bis zum 30. April mit der Möglichkeit der Verlängerung bis zum 30. Mai, falls erforderlich. Alles, was du auf den Bildern siehst bleibt, und du kannst so ziemlich alles für dich selbst nutzen.
Die Wohnung ist zum Hinterhof ausgerichtet und befindet sich im 6. Stock (mit Aufzug), so dass es sehr ruhig ist. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt 23m2, und umfasst ein voll ausgestattetes Bad und auch eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Es gibt Waschmaschinen und Trockner im Erdgeschoss zu einem sehr günstigen Preis.
Wichtig:
-Keine Haustiere erlaubt.
-Rauchen in der Wohnung ist verboten.
-Keine laute Musik, oder Partys in der Wohnung.
-Anmeldung ist nicht möglich.

A very nice, cozy, and comfortable studio apartment located in the center of Hamburg. This is my current flat, and for traveling reasons, I am subletting it until April 30 with the possibility of an extension until 30 of May if required. Everything that you see in the pictures stays, and you can make use of pretty much everything for yourself.
The apartment faces the backyard, it is on the 6th floor (with an elevator) so it is very calm and quiet. The apartment is in total 25m2 and includes a big bathroom and also a fully equipped kitchen. There are washing machines and driers in the ground floor of the building at a very affordable price.
Please be aware:
-Pets are not allowed.
-Smoking inside the apartment is prohibited.
-No loud music or parties.
-Anmeldung/Registration is not possible.
Die Lage ist sehr günstig, 12 Minuten zu Fuß vom Haupbanhof und 8 Minuten zum Berliner Tor. Die Hafencity ist in 15 Min. zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die S-Bahn-Station "Hammerbrook City Süd" befindet sich direkt neben dem Gebäude (1 min zu Fuß). Restaurants, Donner, Apotheken, Edeka, Kaufland, Budni, Geschäfte sind weniger als 10 Minuten entfernt. Es gibt auch Lidl und Penny 15 Minuten zu Fuß.

Location is very convenient, 12 mins walking from Haupbanhof and 8 mins to Berliner Tor. Hafen city can be reached in 15 mins by foot. S-Bahn station "Hammerbrook City Sud" is right next to the building (1 min walking). Restaurants, Donner, pharmacies, Edeka, Kaufland,Budni, Shops are less than 10 mins away. There is also Lidl and Penny 15 mins walking.
