Our comfortable 42m² apartment was fully renovated at the end of 2021. It was simultaneously fitted out with new furniture for the living/bed room area.
The apartment is fully equipped as you would expect in a holiday apartment with a high-quality sofa bed (can be pulled out to a width of 140cm and has it’s own sprung base), wardrobe, a normal double bed, a dining table that seats 4-6 people and a desk. A flatscreen LCD-TV, DVD player and a washing machine along with an oven, stove, fridge, microwave and vacuum cleaner are part of the technical equipment. There is a bathroom (shower) and kitchen and plenty of storage space.
As the kitchen and bathroom are 2m high (the living area is 2.50m high), the apartment is not suitable for people taller than 1.90m. Whilst the apartment is most suited to a single person, it is fitted out for two people.
The apartment is part of a well-kept house with two other apartments and is situated in a quiet area in a nice district of Hamburg-Harburg close to an extensive forest area. It takes 32 minutes by bus and train to get to Hamburg town centre and 20 minutes by car. The closest bus stop is just 1 minute away.
Harburg (15 minutes by bus) itself has good a shopping centre. The closest supermarket, Penny, is 1km away.
We are friendly, accommodating and fair landlords, therefore we would prefer tenants with a similar mind-set, who would look after the property and furniture as if it were their own.
The rent includes the costs of electricity, heating, water, TV licence and WiFi internet, so the rent of €750 a month is all-inclusive.
The apartment is available as at 1 April 2024.
