On the western edge of the Phoenix area, the Falckenberg Collection, which comprises 2,000 works, has moved to a former manufacturing building, making it one of the largest private collections in Europe at a developing location at an early stage. With the start of the planned renovation measures in 2016 and the conversion of the former administration building into student apartments, a further significant accent is set in the revitalization of the entire area.
