Lidl, Edeka, Budni, viele Bars, Restaurants und das Abaton Kino im Grindelviertel sind fußläufig erreichbar.
Die Wohnung liegt im 8.Stock (Fahrstuhl vorhanden), verfügt über eine kleine separate Küche am Flur und ein kleines Duschbad.
