ich brauche mehr Platz und möchte deshalb meine kleine aber feine 1,5 Zimmer - Wohnung gegen eine 2 - 3 Zimmer - Wohnung ab 40 m² tauschen.
Meine Wohnung hat ein Duschbad, eine kleine Küche (ca. 4m²). Das kleine Zimmer kann man sehr gut als Schlafzimmer nutzen, es hat ein Fenster zum ruhigen Hinterhof.
Die Wohnung wird mit einer Nachtspeicherheizung beheizt die sehr schnell warm wird!
Die Wohnung wird von einer sehr netten Privatperson vermietet, somit fällt keine Provision an. Ich habe nur eine Kaution von 700,-- EUR hinterlegt.
Ich suche eine Wohnung ab 40 m² mit Balkon & Badewanne bis 600,-- EUR warm. Am Liebsten in Stadtparknähe oder St. Georg, wenns ein bisschen ab vom Schuss ist bitte auch anbieten!
