Schöne helle, neuwertige 1-Zimmmer-Wohnung in Hohenfelde. Das Zimmer hat eine komplette Fensterfront und es scheint den ganzen Tag Sonne, sodass die Wohnung superhell ist. Auf dem Balkon kann man sich also auch super sonnen :) Man schaut entfernt auf gegenüberliegende Häuserfront, sodass man ein recht guten Ausblick hat. Die Ausstattung ist neuwertig. Eine Waschmaschine und Kühlschrank gehört mit zur Ausstattung. Ich habe ein 2 m² Dachbodenabteil, auf Anfrage kann man wohl aber auch einen Kellerstellplatz bekommen. Parkplatz finde ich jeden Tag in der Strasse, oft sogar vor der Haustür.
Ein Rewe und Fitnessstudio ist direkt die Strasse runter und ein Aldi sowie die U-Bahn Station Lübecker Strasse ist auch nur 5 min Fußweg entfernt. Zur HaW könnte man so in 15 min laufen schätze ich.
Unter den sonstigen Kosten von rund 110 sind Strom, Wasser und Internet.
Alles zusammen ist man also bei 725 €.
Besichtigung ist am Samstag, den 13.06.2020 um 10 - 11:30. Wenn ihr eine Einladung bekommt, gebe ich euch noch eine genaue Zeit, damit nicht alle auf einmal kommen oder das eine Massenbesichtigung wird.
