Die Wohnung liegt zwischen U2 Horner Rennbahn (in 5min erreichbar) und U2 Raues Haus. Der Hbf ist in ca. 20min erreichbar.
Die Nachbarschaft ist angenehm ruhig.
Kaution war bei mir damals 810€
In der nähe gibt es Penny-Markt und Horner Einkaufscenter mit Rewe, Budni, Gemüsemarkt, Getränkemarkt usw.
Die Wohnung ist günstig und deshalb ideal für Studenten.
