Cozy 1 Zi. Wohnung mit Balkon am Michel

Ich vermiete meine Wohnung zunächst vom 09.02. bis zum 25.02. Die 1-Zimmer-Wohnung liegt zentral am Michel in Neustadt, im 4. Stock mit Fahrstuhl und Balkon. Die Bushaltestelle ist 5 Minuten entfernt, die S-Bahn-Station Stadthausbrücke und U-Bahn-Station Rödingsmarkt sind beide 7 Minuten entfernt. Die Elbphilharmonie ist zu Fuß in 15 Minuten erreichbar. In der Nähe gibt es auch eine Stadtrad-Station für Fahrradfahrer.

Es gibt viele Cafés, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung. Ich lege Wert auf Ordnung und Sauberkeit. Raucher sind nicht erwünscht, und ich bevorzuge eine ruhige Person ohne Partys.

Idealerweise habe ich einen Mieter mit Haftpflichtversicherung und regelmäßigem Einkommen.

I'm renting out my apartment from February 9th to February 25th. The 1-bedroom apartment is centrally located near Michel in Neustadt, on the 4th floor with an elevator and a balcony. The bus stop is 5 minutes away, and both Stadthausbrücke S-Bahn station and Rödingsmarkt U-Bahn station are 7 minutes away. The famous Elbphilharmonie is a 15-minute walk. There's also a city bike station nearby if you enjoy cycling.

Numerous cafes, restaurants, and shops are in the vicinity. I value cleanliness and tidiness, and I prefer non-smokers and quiet individuals—no parties, please.

I would prefer someone with liability insurance and a stable income.
