Heating, electricity, water, and very fast internet included.
Cons:
- The Michel Church rings its bell every 15mins, 24 hours a day. You get used to it pretty quick, and none of my friends visiting have ever said it bothered them, but if you are a light sleeper this may wake you the first couple of nights until you get used to it.
Located right in the center of the city.
Walking times
- 15min to the Binnenalster, Rathaus etc
- 7min to the Elbe
- 5min to Planten un Blomen
- 6min to Stadthausbrücke Station
- 8min to St Pauli station
- 8min to Landungsbrücken Station
Very close to Rewe and Edeka.
