Da ich im Februar aus Hamburg wegziehe, suche ich einen zuverlässigen Nachmieter für meine Wohnung in Othmarschen.
Es ist eine helle, modern möblierte 1 Zimmer-Wohnung in einer ruhigen Straße mit Blick ins Grüne. Die Wohnung verfügt über ein Wohn/Schlafzimmer, Balkon, separates Bad (neu) und eine Küche.
Ich möchte die Wohnung gerne möbliert abgeben, da ich die Möbel nicht mitnehmen kann. Die Möbel können für insgesamt 300€ übernommen werden. Dazu gehört ein Bett (1,40 x 2,00m), ein Schlafsofa, Kleiderschrank, Regal, Tisch und Stühle sowie die Küchenausstattung (Herd, Kühlschrank, Geschirr).
Kellerraum sowie gemeinsame Waschmaschine vorhanden.
Die Wohnung ist zum 01.02.2013 verfügbar.
Miete beträgt 540€ (ohne Strom).

Flat for rent from 1st February 2013. The flat is a 1 bedroom apartment in a quiet, green area of Othmarschen. One bedroom/living room with separate bathroom (with bath) and kitchen.
The flat is fully furnished with a large bed, sofabed, table and chairs, and wardrobe. The kitchen also has a fridge, oven etc. Everything is there, and in good condition. There is a one-off cost of 300€ for all the furniture.
Good bus links to Altona and Airbus as well as parking available nearby. Near to the Elbstrand. Small supermarket/butchers/bakery 10 minutes walking distance away.
Waching machine and cellar available downstairs.
The cost is 540€ including bills but not including electricity (around 25€/month) and internet.

Ruhige Wohngegend, Nähe zur Elbchaussee und zum Elbstrand. Nicht besonders für Partys geeignet.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Nah&Frisch, Metzgerei,Obst&Gemüse sowie eine Volksbank) befinden sich in der Nähe (ca. 10 min zu Fuß).
Es gibt gute Bus-Verbindungen nach Altona. Parkmöglichkeiten befinden sich direkt in der Straße.
