Es handelt sich um meine Wohnung, die komplett möbeliert ist in Altona.
Da ich durch mein Auslandssemeter nicht mehr in Hamburg bin, ist meine Wohnung vom 19.12.2015-31.3.2016 zu vermieten. Da mein Vertrag leider bis Ende März geht und ich nicht da bin brauche ich dringend jemand der sie übernimmt!
Ich darf meine Wohnung leider nur an Studenten oder an Auszubildene untermieten!
Die Wohnung besteht aus einem großen Zimmer mit Küche und Bad. Alles hoch exclusive und neu.
Das Gebäude verfügt über einen Lernraum und eine Lounge mit Sky-Tv und PS4.
Ab ende Dezember wäre die Wohnug verfügbar, Zahlung also erst ab Januar für 3 Monate! Ich zahle 795€ im Monat.
EINE KAUTION MUSS NICHT SEIN!
Da ich dringend jemanden brauche würde ic mit dem Preis auch runtergehen. :)
Keine 2 minuten zum Bahnhof Altona.
Im Gebäude selber ist Rewe.
Keine 100m von der Ottenser Hauptstraße entfernt, wo sich ZARA, Douglas, Promod sowie H&M und ein Mercado befinden.
