Hallo,
ich suche einen Zwischenmietern vom 15. Januar bis Ende April, da ich im Ausland sein werde.
Bei der Wohung handelt es sich um eine Ein-Zimmer Wohung, die voll möbiliert ist. Die Wohnung hat eine kleine Küche und ein kleines Bad.
Ich lass euch auch alles, was man so zum Leben braucht da.
Des Weiteren steht im Keller eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner für alle zur Benutzung zur Verfügung.
Die Wohnung befindet sich mitten in Pöseldorf, man ist in 1-2 Min bei der Milchstraße und in 5 Min an der Alster. Ein Edeka ist ca 1-2 Fußmin. entfernt. DIe U-Bahn Hallerstr erreicht ihr so in ca. 5 Min und der Bus (109), der direkt in die Stadt fährt, ist noch näher dran. (paar Meter, nicht einmal 1 Min Fußweg). Einen Netto findet ihr am Grindel (ca 10 Min zu Fuß).
Die Gegend ist sehr sicher, da viele Konsulate in der Nähe sind, fahren stündlich Polizeiwagen an der Haustür vorbei.
Ich möchte Euch bitten, mir etwas ausführlicher über Euch zu schreiben, damit ich mir ein Bild machen kann.
