Der Preis beinhaltet alle Kosten inklusive Internet, Heizung und Strom. Es gibt eine zur Wohnung gehörende Garage, in der Sie Ihr Auto bequem parken können.

Der Preis ist pro Monat. Mindestdauer 3 Wochen.

Das Apartment selbst ist eine Studiowohnung mit viel Freiraum, die als Schlaf- und Wohnbereich sowie als Küche dient. Der Raum ist sehr gut strukturiert und verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Kühlschrank, Herd und Backofen.
Im Haus steht eine Waschmaschine sowie ein Trockenraum zur Verfügung.

Das Haus ist gut gepflegt, sehr ruhig und mit einem schönen Garten, der es von der Straße abgrenzt.

I am renting out my beloved flat in Hamburg, as I am moving to Berlin for a time being due to work reasons.

This beautiful apartment is located in one of the best areas of Hamburg. It is very bright, has a large terrace and a shower / bathtub. The price includes all of the costs including internet, heating and electricity costs. There is a garage that belongs to the apartment where you can conveniently park your car.

Price is per month. Minimum period 3 weeks.

The apartment itself is a studio flat with a lot of open space, that acts as a bedroom and living area, as well as a kitchen. The space is very well structured and has a fully equipped kitchen with the fridge, cooker and oven.
Washing machine is available in the house as well as a drying room.

The house is well maintained, very quiet and with a lovely garden that separates it from the street.
