Hallo!
Ich biete hier meine ruhige Einzimmerwohnung in Rotherbaum an.
Sie ist 27 m2 groß, hat eine separate Küche, deren Einrichtung ich -inklusive Kühlschrank- gerne veräußern würde. Es gibt ein Bad mit Dusche. Die Wohnung ist aufgrund der großen Fensterfront sehr hell. Ich habe sie bei meinem Einzug mit Laminat auslegen lassen, das ebenfallls noch in einem guten Zustand ist.
Sie liegt im Grindelviertel, also sehr uninah, ich habe regelmäßig nur 8 Minuten zu Fuß bis in die Vorlesung gebraucht.
Das Viertel selbst besticht natürlich durch zahlreiche Cafés, ist zentral und super durch den ÖPNV angebunden.
Ich kann mir sowohl eine dreimonatige Zwischenmiete, als auch eine längerfristige Untermiete vorstellen. Die Wohnung ist ab dem 31.5. frei.
Wichtig wäre mir, dass sie in gute Hände kommt. Bitte meldet euch also gerne mit den üblichen Unterlagen!
Im Übrigen könnte auch mein Bett (Ikea, 140 cm x 200 cm, vier Bettkästen, guter Zustand) übernommen werden.
