The apartment is fully furnished, with a mix of modern and antique furniture. The bed measures 140 x 200 cm. Towels and bed linen are available and the kitchen is fully equipped. DSL Internet is also available.
Hansastraße is located in the Univiertel in the popular Rotherbaum district. The University of Hamburg is about five minutes' walk. The Grindelallee, with numerous shopping facilities, drugstores, medical practices, cafes, restaurants and pubs are also just five to seven minutes' walk away. The UKE can be reached by bus in 10 to 15 minutes.

Die Hansastraße befindet sich im Univiertel im beliebten Stadtteil Rotherbaum. Zur Uni Hamburg sind es circa fünf Gehminuten. Zur Grindelallee, mit zahlreichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Drogerien, Arztpraxen, Cafés, Restaurants und Kneipen sind es ebenfalls nur fünf bis sieben Gehminuten. Das UKE ist mit dem Bus in 10 bis 15 Minuten zu erreichen.
