I, Christine, rent 2 rooms of my beautiful and bright 3 Zi apartment during my absence from the
1 September to 31 October 2025.
A quiet individual without pets is requested.
The apartment is fully furnished and is ideal for students who have chosen Hamburg as an internship.
There is nothing in the apartment, so you can only travel with your personal belongings.
One room includes a private roof terrace to the south/west and a small loggia to the east.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor in a very well maintained and quiet residential complex.
It is completely renovated and in a topp condition. Internet is available.
So I'm looking for a nice, quiet and order-loving individual.
The location is quiet in a side street and yet central.
Parking is available in front of the house, which is a rare thing for Hamburg.
Shops and public transport can be reached in about 4 minutes on foot.

Ich, Christine, vermiete 2 Zimmer meiner schönen und hellen 3 Zi - Wohnung während meiner Abwesenheit ab den
1. September bis zum 31. Oktober 2025.
Gesucht wird eine ruhige Einzelperson ohne Haustiere.
Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert und so eignet sie sich bestens für Studentinnen oder Studenten, die Hamburg als Praktikumsstelle gewählt haben.
In der Wohnung fehlt es an nichts, so dass du nur mit deinen persönlichen Sachen anreisen kannst.
Zu dem einen Zimmer gehört eine eigene Dachterrasse nach Süd/ West und eine kleine Loggia nach Osten.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2. Stock in einer sehr gepflegten und ruhigen Wohnanlage.
Sie ist komplett neu renoviert und in einem topp Zustand. Internet ist vorhanden.
So suche ich eine nette, ruhige und ordnungsliebende Einzelperson.
Die Lage ist ruhig in einer Seitenstraße und dennoch zentral.
Parkplätze sind vor dem Haus vorhanden, was für Hamburg schon eine Seltenheit ist.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind in ca. 4 Min. zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Ich freue mich auf deine aussagekräftige Anfrage.
Bist du keine Einzelperson ohne Haustiere und möchtest nicht befristet mieten, kann ich deine Anfrage leider nicht beantworten.
