ich suche eine(n) unkomplizierte(n), nette(n), saubere(n) Zwischenmieter(in) für meine günstige, zentrale Wohnung in St. Georg. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Gesamtmiete inkl. Strom, Internet, Wasser beträgt für die 4 Wochen 370 Euro, ein Schnäppchen für den Stadtteil. Wohn- und Schlafzimmer (mit Hochbett) sind durch eine offene Tür getrennt. Das Bad liegt auf dem Flur, direkt gegenüber der Wohnungstür und ist rein privat, kein Gemeinschaftsbad.
Die U-Bahnstation Lohmühlenstraße (U 1) ist 100 m von der Haustür entfernt. Alles was man zum Leben braucht, bekommt man im Umkreis von ein paar hundert Metern.
