Ich vermiete meine Wohnung in St. Georg/Hammerbrook, da ich im März unterwegs bin.
Der genaue Zeitraum und damit auch der Preis sind verhandelbar, die "Kaution" ebenfalls.
Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet, es gibt ein Bad mit Dusche und Waschmaschine; die Küche ist in das Zimmer integriert.
Es gibt ein kleines Sofa und ein Hochbett; ich könnte aber auch ein Gästebett zur Verfgung stellen.
Das Haus befindet sich genau zwischen den beiden Stationen Hauptbahnhof und Berliner Tor, beides ca. 700m entfernt. Von da aus ist man dann schnell da, wo auch immer man hin will ;)
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Penny, Real, Lidl) sind ebenfalls jeweils ca. 500m entfernt. Darüber hinaus ist die Mönckebergstraße ganz in der Nähe.
Ihr könnt in der Wohnung selbstverständlich alles benutzen: Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Geschirr, Bücher, W-Lan. Ich habe auch ein Fahrrad, dass ich dann ebenfalls verleihen würde :)
