Wunderschöne und super zentral gelegene 1 Zimmer Wohnung in St.Pauli/ Schanze zur Zwischenmiete ab sofort bis 12.12.2011 frei.
Obwohl umgeben von vielen Bars, Cafés, Restaurants auf der Schanze und dem Charme von St. Pauli liegt die Wohnung trotzdem sehr ruhig. Sehr gute Bus/Bahnanbindungen vorhanden (U3 Feldstr. S Bahn Sternschanze, Bus 3). Der Wohlerspark ist gleich um die Ecke.
Ich suche jemanden, der die Wohnung ordentlich hält, so, wie sie auch vermietet wurde! ;) - Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt.
