Ich suche einen Nachmieter für meine zentrale, trotzdem ruhige Wohnung auf St. Pauli.
Die Wohnung besteht aus:
- Zimmer, Südseite mit Zugang zum Balkon, sehr hell und sonnig
- separater Küche
- geräumiger Flur mit Schranknische
- Duschbad
- Balkon
Sämtliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Bars, Clubs und der Hafen sind zu Fuß zu erreichen und auch Schanze und Innenstadt sind mit dem Fahrrad nur 10 min. entfernt.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer Seitenstraße der Reeperbahn, ist aber trotz direkter Kieznähe ruhig und man kann jederzeit mit offenem Fenster schlafen.
Da ich den Boden selbst in die Wohnung gelegt habe und einige Geräte in der Wohnung verbleiben, wird ein Abstand in Höhe von VB 1.800 € fällig.
