Für den Zeitraum von Mitte März bis Ende Mai/Anfang Juni suche ich eine Zwischenmieterin/ein Zwischenmieter.
Die Adresse ist Nobistor, nahe der Reeperbahn und nicht weit vom Hafen entfernt. Die Wohung ist im vierten Stock und leider nicht barrierenfrei. Es gibt momentan kein Internet, sondern nur die Möglichkeit über hotspot tickets einen Zugang zu bekommen- was gut funktioniert.
Die Wohnung hat knapp 30qm, ein Zimmer mit Alkoven, ein Bad und eine kleine Küche.Waschmaschine ist auch vorhanden. Ich werde meinen Arbeitstisch sowie die Nähmaschine und alles dazugehörige auf den Dachboden stellen und alles weitere was dich stört, hat dort bestimmt auch noch Platz.
Die Warmmiete ist 475 € dazu kommen 65€ Ökostrom und 25€ Ökogas.
